What are Dried Silkworm Pupae?

Dried Silkworm Pupae are 100% natural, high protein treat that can be fed to a variety of animals including wild birds, poultry, hedgehogs, reptiles and fish. They are especially renowned for being beneficial in the growth and enhancements of Koi Carp. They also provide better slime coat protection to resist parasite and bacterial infections resulting in a better, bigger, healthier fish. If feeding to fish only feed when the water temperature is above 16°C.

As well as being naturally high in protein (around 52%) they also have high levels of calcium, nutrients, vitamins and minerals and other essential fatty acids. You'll find that our high quality crunchy treat will be a welcome addition to your animals diet with it's natural goodness and crunchy texture that the animal just can't get enough of!
