May 14th Update:

We have been shipping orders out again for over a month now and our fulfilment partner are doing a great job to stay on top of the orders. We are seeing long delay with Canada Post with some items appearing to go missing for a prolonged period of time before suddenly moving again and being delivered. This is due to a huge increase in parcel volumes, exceeding even the peak Christmas levels coupled with staff shortages. New working practices have also been put in place to keep staff safe. We ask you to be patient during this time even though we know how frustrating it is.

 

April 5th Update:

We believe that our fulfillment company will begin shipping orders again on April 8th so we are now accepting orders again. These orders may take longer to process due to a backlog and different working practices put in place to keep all workers safe.

March 24th Update:

It is with great regret that due to the Worldwide COVID-19 Pandemic we are currently unable to fulfil any orders. Our fulfilment partner for Canada is based in Toronto and due to the mandate set out by the Canadian Government that all non-essential businesses must close they will be closed from the end of today (March 24th.)

At the moment they hope to re-open on April 8th but this is obviously subject to change. We will update this page with any further information as we get it.

We all hope and pray that this situation will be resolved as soon as possible, in the meantime stay safe and look after yourselves, friends, relatives and anyone else in need while following all the relevant guidelines.

We hugely appreciate your business and hope to be sending our mealworms out to you again soon.
